Rupam Sehtya
Rupam Sehtya is a home chef, mother of 2 kids and an entrepreneur.
Hailing from the small town of Meerut, she was married at the tender age of 20 into a traditional Punjabi family. She started her career in corporate world that lasted for 12 years.Food was a very important part of the family and she developed an inclination towards healthy food .Learning more and more about healthy food became her passion that drove her to learn diet and nutrition in depth. Her life took an unexpected turn when she gave birth to twins. Suddenly, the kitchen became her sanctuary and she began experimenting with food as a form of medicine for her children, crafting healthy and quick recipes that were both nutritious and delicious.
